We Believe That Love Wins

At Love Wins, we love, work with and advocate for the poor, the homeless and the marginalized, in keeping with our particularly hopeful interpretation of the teachings of Jesus of Nazareth.

We believe that no one is unworthy of being loved; that no one is beyond redemption and that everyone, regardless of their social stature, is worth fighting for. We base our actions on the teachings of this radical Jewish rabbi who, two thousand years ago, told us to love God with all our might and to love our neighbor as ourself. Love Wins is our radically foolish method of doing just that.

As we begin to build this ministry, our current primary focus is building friendships and relationships with the homeless in Downtown Raleigh. Future plans include Life Skills Training, Personal Counseling, a Day Shelter to base our operations out of and much more.

Because the people we work with are poor at best and often destitute and homeless, our ministry relies on the financial generosity of our supporters located both here in Raleigh and around the country. These people believe in us and our mission of plotting goodness and creatively loving people and their partnering with us makes it all possible.
